I bought this phone along with the extended warranty. When I went to make a claim against the warranty I was told the warranty doesn't cover cell phones and the seller should not have been allowed to sell the warranty, but they did. Asurion gave me my money back and said I had to contact the Seller for further instructions. I contacted the seller, twice, no response. I contacted Amazon and they denied my A to Z claim because it was past the 30 days. Had I know there was no warranty on a renewed item I wouldn't have bought it. The seller falsely sold an extended warranty and ignored my emails. Amazon did not support their A to Z guarantee in this situation.

El producto cumple con todo estándar de calidad. La vida útil de batería venia con un 86% equipo totalmente liberado. En cuestión de diseño (aspecto físico) me fue entregado sin un solo rasguño ni huella oleosa en sus acabados.
En mi caso aplicó con compañía Movistar México y no dudo aplique para cualquier otra compañía. Ayer fue liberada actualización iOS 15.5 (18-05-2022) y el dispositivo la recibió sin problema alguno. Aunque no le he migrado toda cuenta, App, etc.; con relación a mi antiguo móvil, toda configuración ha sido amable y sin contratiempos. Muy satisfecho con la adquisición de este producto y con este proveedor. Recomendado ampliamente.

El producto llegó a tiempo, me sorprendió ya que lo pedí un jueves a medio día y me llegó el sábado por la mañana de la misma semana como afirmaba el vendedor, el aspecto es excelente -parece nuevo-, la capacidad de la batería marca 100% que igual me sorprende, la cantidad de memoria también es la indicada -256G-.
Conexión inalámbrica y Bluethoot funcionan bien.
Llegó con la última versión de IOS instalada que se agradece.
La caja, cargador y cable de conexión son genéricos como se especifica, lo cual no es problema ya que anterior teléfono que usaba igual ya no tenía los originales.
Por el momento muy contento con la compra...

Y cuatro meses después:

La pantalla dejó de funcionar, simplemente hacía lo que le daba su gana, pagué casi la mitad por el cambio de pantalla que lo que pagué por el teléfono, es la primer vez que me pasa con un equipo reacondicionado, pero hay que decir lo que pasa.

El teléfono está muy bien, al principio no me convencía comprar de esta forma pero la verdad es que llego muy bien el teléfono
Los puntos malos y buenos serían
Malos
-No llegó en una caja original de iPhone
-Sus accesorios no eran originales ( pero actualmente yo los estoy usando y no tienen ningún problema con la carga se notan muy bien el cable tiene buen calibre.
Buenos
-El teléfono no tenía ningún rayón en ningún lado
- La pantalla estaba impecable
-Todos los periféricos del teléfono eran muy buenos (como la cámara, micrófono, bocina, Face ID) todos estos componentes estaban en perfecto estado.

-La batería contaba con un 98% de vida útil, lo cual relacion/precio esta súper bien
-El teléfono si es de 256G no más no menos.
En general muy buen teléfono en relación precio.
