Never again... lesson learned not to buy used phones...
Volume button and Siri feature never worked out of the box.Phone crashes at full battery charged and reboots on its own. When it comes back on, the battery shows 0% remaining and at this point it's not able to charge. Took it to Apple Store but they couldn’t run any tests due to its state and the only option they suggested was to replace the phone for $580. At this point, I contacted the seller but no response. I ended up taking it to a repair shop and replaced a battery. The root cause was how the battery was attached to the device. It was done in very unprofessional way and it kept loose inside causing disconnection. It cost me $96 to replace the battery. I'm sure not all used phones are defective but just because the very first used phone I bought caused bad experience I will never repeat the same mistake.
