Update : had to pay hundreds of dollars for screen replacement and found out the screen was a cheap imitation and inside of the phone was a mess full of glue according to apple tech. I was scammed. Beware!

I bought this phone a few months ago, it has sustained no damage, not even a scratch, but a bright green line appeared on the display as I was using it one day and shortly after the whole display turned permanently yellow despite every attempt to troubleshoot it. I can’t see the Home Screen or anything. It’s just all opaque yellow. Took it to apple to replace screen and test functions.

A bright white streak streak appeared on the right side of the phone after I went for a bike ride. Because it's 2 months beyond the "return window", neither the seller nor Amazon is willing to help. Very disappointing service. Buyer beware with refurbished phones, even if they are in "excellent" condition. Do not recommend.

Overall great product for the price. I really needed a new phone but didn't want to spend a fortune on a brand new one, so this was a great option for me. It is a refurbished phone, so I didn't expect it to be in PERFECT conditions. It works very well. I've had the iPhone 13pro for about 4 months now and haven't had any major issues. The only thing is that when I wanted to add a screen protector, I noticed that the front glass had multiple little dents, so I was not able to add the screen protector because it wouldn't stick right.

NO VINO CON CARGADOR. Hasta el momento me ha funcionado bien, por el precio no me molestan las otras cosas. Cuando hablé con ellos e incluso en su anuncio dice 90 días de devolución gratis, pero en la caja dice 30, espero que sean 90 en caso empiece a fallar algo pero por el momento todo bien, ellos responden rápido. Yo si los recomendaría.

Lo único malo es que la condición de la batería viene con menos del 85% y solo por eso le doy 4 estrellas, pues se supone que es un producto reacondicionado premium.
