I am extremely impressed. This was not an easy purchase, not knowing exactly where anything comes from or what will work or won’t. After my last phone got fried, it is as though I never lost it at all, kudos to Apple for that. I’m leaving 5 stars because this was a “renewed” phone and not new, there are a few nearly unnoticeable marks on the screen- but as I said it is hardly noticeable at all and this phone is almost as though it is brand new. Everything was super easy, I am very grateful- I will update if something goes wrong over the next few weeks but so far I am really glad I bit the bullet and went with Amazon because it saved a few hundred dollars and the condition is awesome. Once again, thank you 🙏

Battery health came at 88%, no cracks on main screen. A few little cracks on the side but nothing at all noticeable. The camera lenses are a bit dinged up on the sides( not on the lens itself so it’s just fine and camera quality NOT affected). All in all looks basically new.

I think before reselling, the company should have checked to make sure the phone actually was working properly. I now know why this was returned. I really like the idea of refurbished and the phone looked great. Hopefully in the future they will do better quality control.

Seeing as this is a renewed phone, we were very nervous but with the warranty we thought we would give it a try seeing as there is a significant price difference from new and we didn’t want our 17 year old getting into a contract before going off to university.

Lo he usado ya dos meses y el rendimiento ha sido increíble. La cámara funciona Super bien lo recibí al 87% de rendimiento de batería, y eso no ha afectado, debo de cargarlo diario y traigo un cable de emergencia para poderlo cargar en cualquier momento, pero nada que sea incómodo, a pesar que todo el día lo uso tanto para trabajo como ocio el precio se me hizo muy accesible y creo que es un excelente opción no sólo para el bolsillo, sino para el mundo para estar evitando tanta basura y tanta producción, muy contenta con mi compra

Lo esperaba con mucho miedo de que no llegara y me llegara un jabón en su lugar. Pero no, si llegó todo bien, estéticamente un 9.5 no tiene rayones pero si unos pequeños raspones en los marcos de las cámaras, pero de funcionalidad todo perfecto. El detalle es que llegó con 81% de bateria, por haber comprado "excelente estado" esperaba algo más, pero la vdd es funcional para mi, ya que no lo exploto tanto. Decidí quedármelo ya que se me hace engorroso hacer la devolución, volver a cazar el equipo en buen precio y volver a rezar que si me llegue en buenas condiciones. En mi opinión por el precio, si vale la pena.
Edi: Al final si lo regresé porque después de una semana de uso se le hundió el botón para subir el volúmen, y la batería bajó 1%, quedando en 80%. El tema de la devolución fue muy rápido y sin problemas, realizaron el reembolso rápido considerando que se atravesó el puente de semana santa.

El teléfono llegó en el tiempo establecido, tiene algunos detalles estéticos mínimos, a solo que lo veas muy muy cerquita se notan, pero nada más, la batería viene al 87% me hubiera gustado al 90% pero creo que está bien, viene con un cable y yap, creo que es muy buena opción para tener un buen equipo a un precio más accesible 😊
