Considering this phone is $849.00 new I would say this is a great deal. The phone arrived on time in a proper (non Apple official) Box with good wrapping and screen peel off protector. The box included a Apple official USB-C charging brick, but did not come with a Apple official charging cable but did come with a very high quality braided IQ charging cable so I really can't complain at all. I would say its even better. The box also included a sim eject tool. The phone turned on and I ran a extensive component test on everything... and I mean EVERYTHING and the phone passed with flying colours. The battery heath came in at 87% which is sorta mediocre at best, but more then enough for my day of use. No exterior cosmetic damage on the phone other then a pretty hefty scratch on the screen located at the top right of the screen. Cannot be seen with screen on or a arms length away from the phone. Last thing I did was search the serial number and IMEI to make sure this phone was not blacklisted and it passed. Overall, it seems that this is a bit of a gamble but with the return policy I can't find a reason to not buy this product if you need a phone that works and is paid off instantly. I hope you found this helpful. Thanks to the buyer and Amazon.

Ordered an iPhone13 that was in excellent condition according the to description. When it arrived it was scratched up all over the phone, paint missing and obviously water damaged. Returned immediately. Do not go by the rating..this would be at best poor condition.

The phone is very nice for what I paid — it’s quick, there weren’t too many scuffs besides the scratches across the screen (I don’t notice them). Battery came at 86% health which is pretty good. It’s quick and responsive — the camera is crisp. My only complaint is that the mic & notification switch on top of the volume/power were caked with what looked like dust. It took a bunch of toothpicks to get it out and still the buttons are a little jammed, not to mention my audio is super muddy. It sounds like a bad headset when I’m on the phone with someone.
