I’m really disapointed about the Iphone 11 I bought with this seller. The first device had a sound problem. Went to an Apple Store to get help, and the employee said that there was nothing we could do to repair it. The seller offered me to exchange the product. I said yes and he sent me another one. My use of the device is basic (social medias, pictures, some calls. No streaming and no fall on the ground or in the water…)The phone battery began to deteriorate badly around three months later. A few hours uncharged and it was over (had to charge it multiple times a day). In April, the battery was so bad, I couldnt use it without the charger. If I’d unplugged it to take picture, it would turn off. I went to the Apple Store (again) to see if they could fix it. They said that there was nothing they could do, and added that using this phone was really dangerous and it could explode…because the battery had swollen (see picture). This phone was 5 months old. Completely lost my money.

2 years ago, my dad was having issues with his phone. It was an iPhone 5. He had it so long that the battery would run out in less than a day without him even using it.

Last year, I bought him a refurbished iPhone 8 from our phone carrier. The battery was much better on that, but there was another issue, the mic sucked. Anytime he talked on the phone, his voice was muffled and would distort.
We sent it to a repair place. They replaced the mic, but it didn't fix it. Then we sent it to another repair place, who couldn't diagnose the issue. My dad was just stuck with a cruddy phone.
For a year, he borrowed my phone when he had to make a call.

Our carrier doesn't sell phones anymore. Probably for the best)

This year, I bought him this phone. the iPhone 11. He's only had it for a few days so far, but the improvements are immense. Once I finished transferring everything to his new phone, he called me with it. He said it "sounded 100% better"

The battery is good and the sound is good. The only issue we have isn't even the phone's fault. He's used to iPhones that had the button at the bottom. This one doesn't, so he has to adjust to swiping up from the bottom of the screen. My dad is 59 and not great with technology, but I'll help him figure it all out.

This phone has been great so far.

This iPhone arrived in like new shape. No scratches or marks. The battery health was at 100%. Really liked the size and form factor.The packaging was first rate.
Unfortunately the screen started to freeze up and became unreliable when say watching YouTube so I sent the phone back. The seller has a very good return policy so I would recommend them. I perhaps was just unlucky with my copy.
