The Apple MagSafe Charger is seriously cool—it snaps onto your iPhone like magic, making wireless charging a breeze. It's speedy too, giving your device a boost without any tangled cords.
The design? It's sleek and modern, fitting right in with your Apple gear. Plus, it's small enough to toss in your bag for charging on the fly.
But, let's talk turkey: it's a bit pricey. Yeah, it does its job amazingly well, but the cost might make you hesitate, especially when there are other chargers out there that won't dent your wallet as much.
For die-hard Apple fans or folks who want the ultimate in convenience, this charger rocks. But if you're watching your budget, you might want to weigh the cost against other options before taking the plunge.
This surprised me a lot as usually 3rd party accessories are better than apples own. The MagSafe battery pack was a disappointment, but this wireless charger is amazing. Not as fast as a lightning cable but it’s not slow either by any means. My iPhone doesn’t overheat at all. I might buy one for each room as it’s so convenient, but the price is holding me back to one for now. Hopefully Amazon runs a promo campaign as I think I do want to own at least two.
Just plug in and charge. No need to jam a cord into your phone every time you want to charge - just stick your phone on top. Nice and fast charge too, just a little expensive for what it is
I've always used Android but wireless charging is brutally slow, something like 7w I think when I tested it. I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max now and using this charger plus a 20w or higher USB-C charger I get around 15-18w when charging using this. It's SO much easier than plugging in, so we ended up buying like 6 of them to just keep in different rooms around the house. If you use a case though I'd recommend looking for a "magsafe case" like the Spigen ones, as then this snaps on even more firmly. It works with any case but if you pick up the phone or try to use it while charging I find it often falls off, but with an actual magsafe case it snaps right on. Now I can see why there's rumors Apple is getting rid of all ports on the future iPhones since I'd never go back to plugging in to charge again (plus I HATE Lightning cables since only the iPhone uses it, so at least these let you still charge Android and non-Apple devices).
