1. Gift cards do not work

I bought 6 of these, 5 do not work. Neither Amazon or Apple could help. I'm bounced in between - 20+ hours with Support to-date, and counting. My issues are still not resolved - does anyone from Amazon even care??????????????

2. Keep locking my account

My purchases keep being flagged as suspicious activity, consequently locking my account SEVERAL times. Each time, I had to go through hoops to unlock.

Exaplaining my intention to Amazon was to no avail - they gave me instructions they do not work.

3. Customer Support lacking

There was one outstanding support rep. Experience with the rest was disappointing - rudeness, technical difficulties such as headset issues, lack of expertise or experience, language challenges, etc. You name it.

The one great rep deserves a shout-out: Alex, 1 million thumbs up! He really went out of his way to help. I'd tip him for the service. Super star. Role model.

Straight-forward in purchase and delivery (via email). I saw some people posted how the code was invalid; I’m not questioning their honesty in belief, but for me I just made mistake in manually typing in the long code-digits (accidentally typed “2” instead of “Z”). Once I double-checked each letter/digit, the card redeemed fine. It’s not some bootleg thing. Not sure if others made same initial typo like me. Would be much easier with the camera option but this card was digital so I manually typed in the codes.
Also, they don’t tell us how many we can purchase at one time, so Amazon initially cancelled the purchase which i didn’t realize initially (I wasn’t charged), but they should just clearly post how many number of gift cards can be bought within 24 hours in case we are buying multiple at once. The amount max per card is clearly listed at least. Overall, the cards worked fine and I didn’t notice any real problems beyond some potential user-error in my typing
