Asked if I can return only one of the chargers since the other one worked perfectly fine. They immediately mailed me another set of chargers and I received them in 2 days! I noticed that my phone wasn’t charged to 100% when I woke up the next morning. I thought that was odd, but when I had to charge my phone again, I plugged it in and it didn’t vibrate or show that it was charging on the battery icon. The C port that goes into the phone has to be moved a certain way for the cord to start charging the phone. I was very disappointed. Now I have to order a new one but from a different brand, sucks because I looked at the reviews prior and it said that it was good.

UPDATE:
At first I gave this 1 star due to the wire cutting out. Updated it now to 5. The company reached out to me and sent out new chargers and they work VERY GOOD! I appreciate the customer service and will definitely be purchasing if I ever need to again.
