I have gone through dozens of earbuds and finally decided to spend the big bucks to get these. Well worth it.

It seems Apple with their proprietary garbage software somehow makes it almost impossible to carry on a phone conversation with any Bluetooth earbuds other than their own. I have gone through many lower costing earbuds and had the same issue of sounding muffled and garbled on the other end of phone calls and FaceTime calls but clear as a bell on messenger audio and video calls , as well as when connected to android devices leading me to believe Apple does this on purpose. I just got a new phone and was stupid enough to get an iPhone 15 which again gave me the same issue.

It seems to be something they incorporated from the iPhone 7 up as calls were perfect on my iPhone 6.

Anyway. Got these genuine AirPod 3rd gens and they work amazingly on calls and have great rich sound for music. The battery life isn’t too bad but does not compare to the 10-12 hours on a single charge I get out of my N7 earbuds

These will likely be the last Apple products I purchase. I’ll be switching to android when my current phone comes due for an upgrade.

Recently bought these for our daughter’s 12th birthday and she LOVES them. She had the 2nd generation as well and says this generation is much better in sound quality and how well they fit in her ears.

Lot of good features with the Airpod 3’s, coming from first gen at least. Quality is good, I’m not an audiophile so I honestly didn’t notice a difference between Airpod 1 and 3, but I didn’t do any direct comparison.

My problem is APPLE, WHY THE HELL DOES EVERY PRODUCT NEED TO BE BIGGER AND BIGGER AND BIGGER??????

Airpod 1 fit in my ears no matter what. You could dangle me upside down and try to shake the life out of me for all my lunch money and they wouldn’t budge. I could eat, obnoxiously laugh with a smile ear-to-ear and full sprint/drill on a punching bag and they would stay in.

The Airpod 3’s are like 1.4x the size of Airpod 1’s, and they love to pop out and break the tight seal in my ear when I do any significant jaw movement that has an affect on my ear canals. Repetitive motion (smiling or laughing, eating) usually has them pop out within a few seconds, and if they don’t fall onto the ground then they loosely stay in my ear…

I would love to return these but unfortunately I don’t have the option. I still use them mostly normally as I did with my first generation Airpods, only now I have to operate with the nuance and inconvenience of having to dial down my facial expressions and chewing by about 80% lest they fly out of my ears. Shit is annoying. My ears are normal asf.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE.
I bought these after my old wireless earbuds stopped charging, and I wish I could go back.
There are only a few good things about these:
1. Audio quality is good I guess
2. They last pretty long
And that's it
Now for the Bad:
1. Bluetooth is annoying, it connection disables when I put one in and want to keep listening to the other. Also links to my laptop whenever I open it up because it has priority for some reason. it also setting it up was confusing. it does link up fairly fast and reliably tho.
2. the right side has recently gotten much quieter than the left it ruins the experience
3. And Finally the biggest gripe, IT ALWAYS FALLS OFF WHEN EVER I DO ANYTHING! Eating, running, working out, anything that has to do with any movement, they are flying off faster than the plane that hit the Twin Towers. better not wear these in places where they can get stuck, and avoid snow or it will disappear faster than when dad when to go get milk. The falling off results in it being all scraped up and ruined. The fits-all-ear design is just awful, I wish they could let you go back to the normal tip design that has worked for years.
4. For some reason the speaker is concaved (idk if I'm using that word right) into the thing, making it so that all of you ear schmutz impossible to get out and making it real gross.
5. Expensive, I'm so sad that I coughed up 200 bucks for this when T could buy some cheap ones that work. Screw apple and the demand that got it to be so expensive that it made me believe that it was a good product.
I would have put it at 2 stars but I need more people to see this because the answer is still no, you should not buy this crap product.

Para comenzar, estos son unos audífonos bastante caros para la mayoría de personas, pero si la pregunta es: ¿Valen la pena? Para mi si valen cada centavo.
1. Ergonomía y diseño. En la parte del diseño, se ajustan bien a mi oreja, al punto que puedo traerlos por varias horas y no noto molestias, incluso (debido a su diseño abierto) en ocasiones es como si se me olvidara que los traigo puestos.
2. Funcionalidad. Estos audífonos funcionan excelente con dispositivos del ecosistema Apple, afortunadamente cuento con iPad, iPhone y MacBook por lo que el cambio entre dispositivos es maravillosamente rápido, estoy hablando de que basta con poner pausa a lo que reproduzca tu iPhone y poner play a tu iPad para que los audífonos cambien al iPad.
3. Iconicidad. Entiendo qué hay gente que no le gusta la marca por lo que es, sin embargo es innegable que se vuelve un icono con los productos que lanza, esto hace que los AirPods puedan convertirse en prácticamente un accesorio de moda, lo cual personalmente me agrada.
4. Funcionalidades extra. Tiene muchas funciones que están “escondidas” así que invito a cualquier propietario del dispositivo a que indague un poco en todo lo que estos pequeños audífonos ofrecen. De igual forma quiero recalcar el audio espacial, el cual noto muy bien logrado y me hace re-escuchar mis canciones favoritas con este añadido, también es propio mencionar lo excelente que funciona el seguimiento de cabeza hace que sientas que el audio se encuentra frente a ti y puedes acercarte a los instrumentos individualmente.
En conclusión: me parecen audífonos excelentes incluso por el precio, aunque recomiendo esperar alguna promo. Así que si eres una persona que disfruta de la música, de salir a la calle escuchando lo que te gusta, la facilidad que brinda el maños libres (el micrófono se escucha fantástico) y tienes por lo menos un iPhone, los recomiendo muchísimo, aunque si no te interesa el apartado del audio espacial, recomiendo que vayas por la segunda generación la cual a grosso modo solo pierde la funcionalidad antes mencionada.
