I ordered the 1st iPhone 13 Pro Max, it’s seemed perfect but then I found quitte a bit scratches on the screen while I was about to put on the screen protector. So I returned it and purchased another one, this one seems like brand new, battery is at 86% which I think it’s pretty good for over 2 years old phone. So far everything is good! I’m really happy with this purchase. I would buy again from this buyer.

I wish I could give zero stars. The item said like new but arrived with scratches on the bezel. I tried to ignore that but then come to find the phone functionality was flawed too. The Face ID feature was defective and didn’t work at all despite every attempt. Definitely not like new and full of laws. Returned to Amazon immediately. Getting the refund-what a nightmare. Almost a month later and I’m still waiting for my money back with zero answers when I reach out to customer service. Please do not purchase-save yourself the headache.

Have been using the phone for a week now so I’ve been able to get a full grasp on everything, I’ve had no issues thus far all feature's of the phone function as intended and it did indeed come unlocked, battery at 89% health. I ran a diagnostic on the device and it appears to have all original and oem parts, the one downside I’ve found is that the device has LARGE SCRATCH ON THE FRONT SCREEN, the scratch does become nearly invisible when the screen is on. Other than that everything is perfect, very hard to find the incredibly minimal body scratches. When paying almost CAD1000$ for this renewed device I’m sadly disappointed I didn’t get a new screen as I could’ve bought a used one with a already perfect screen or just bought a used one and replaced the screen for the same price, here you’ll be paying for the convenience of it being delivered straight to your house and with a warranty you can always return and replace if you find any serious issues (main reason I purchased here instead of the used market). With Amazon renewed I believe it really is just luck depending on the device you get mine gets a pass.

TLDR:
phone 8/10

You can probably find a better deal for a mint used phone,

Physical appearance and battery life of 87% was acceptable and would’ve given a five star review.

But… true depth camera is defective resulting in facial recognition being deactivated. Tried contacting the seller twice, but no reply. Their auto response is to contact Apple, but phone is not covered under Apple warranty so Apple won’t help. Poor customer service and no support. I would have potentially kept the phone if they had replied to my requests.

The order received was just as expected. It was a refurbished item but it was cleaned up nicely and looked almost brand new. The gold was nice an clean it did have minor dents but again this is notes when purchasing due it being refurbished. It did come with the wire but I swapped it with an Apple brand one I have. Overall, I am satisfied with my order and would definitely order from this business again.
