Sometimes a deal looks too good to be true and it turns out it is...

Purchased an "Amazon Renewed" iPhone 13 Pro with 256gig and the price was several hundred dollars cheaper than purchasing an Apple refurbished. I purchased the "Excellent" condition phone and was pleased when it arrived as it had no scratches but there was a mark on one camera that looked like a chip. It took a while to update before I could get into the phone and look at functionality, the camera was a problem. Every picture had four circles in it, almost like water marks. Pretty disappointed.

Battery life was at 88% which I guess was good but they want you to replace the battery at 80% so you're not saving that much money on the battery issue alone.

Returning and I'll eat the extra couple hundred and purchase straight from Apple now... Super disappointed.

The phone is beautiful, but it has 85% battery health which I wouldn't call "renewed". It also had a few nicks around the bezel. Not happy about the battery health, wish it was advertised as such. I am returning the product.

The battery arrived to me at 100% health.
The screen did not have any scratches.
In fact it looked brand new.
The only detail is that the microphone does not work properly, as I have to raise my voice a lot to be heard.
The cable and charger are generic, white.

I recommend an Anker brand cable and charger, an otterbox brand case and that's it. i do not recommend buying any type of tempered glass or screen protector. the screen is very resistant, you just need the cover with the raised edges.
