Real-World Performance: Using an FNB58 USB tester and a constant current load set to 2A at 5V nominal voltage, I measured an actual energy output of 68.67 watt-hours. This measurement was taken from 100% charge down to the unit's shutdown via the USB-A port.

Why Watt-Hours Matter: Manufacturers often advertise mAh capacity, but the real indicator of a power bank's capability is watt-hours (Wh). It's a standard unit of energy that makes it easy to compare across different devices and doesn't depend on the voltage of the cell.

Bought this as a gift for a cousin traveling abroad.. It stopped working and charging the devices after 1 day of use. The light on the Powerbank keeps flashing showing it is fully charged but when you plug in a device to charge - nothing happens.. Worked fine for a day and then nothing. Have tried all trouble shooting methods on Anker website but nothing works..Very disappointed and somewhat embarrassed gifting something that seems like a sub standard product now..

Expected better from an Anker product :(

I had purchased another power bank before this that was cheaper, and was very disappointed and wound up with a refund. Now that I have purchased the Anker powerbank though, I am very pleased. It takes a while to charge, maybe as much as 24 hrs for empty to full, but its a big capacity!
I wouldn't say this is a backpacking battery, as it is fairly heavy, but it is quality and the battery really holds up to capacity claims!
I can charge my phone at least 4 times empty to full from a full charge on this 20,000 mAh bank. Highly satisfied.
