1.Why only 4GB instead of 8GB?/How to extend virtual memory?

Kids20 tablet has 8(4GB real + 4GB virtual) GB RAM.

Paths: Settings > System > Memory Extension > Find RAM extend > Click and Select the desired expansion size (up to 4GB) >After selection, Click "REBOOT NOW" in the pop-up box > Expansion successful

2.What should I do if I encounter quality issues with my tablet?

Plimpton supports the replacement of tablet quality problems, such as battery failure, fast power consumption, inability to boot, and screen problems, etc. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

3.Does it support fast charging or a mobile phone charger?

The kids20 tablet does not support fast charging. It is best to use the original charger (10W, 5V/2A), which is more beneficial to battery health and will not consume power too quickly.

4.Why can't I download xxx app?

Method 1: Settings> APPS> Google Play Store> Storage > Click to clear the data.

If it doesn't work, try method 2.

Method 2: Go to setting> APPS > Select the Google Play Market application and click Uninstalled Update > Reinstall the required APK

I decided to get my little ones a tablet I must say that I got it fairly quickly the tablets had some scratches on the screen but I’m not worried about that besides that I’m satisfied with it and my little ones are happy I would definitely recommend this product. I’m giving 4 stars because of the scratches other than that it’s 5 stars.

I bought two of these, after reading all the reviews, for multiple tablets. I regret this! I bought them for my two toddlers, for our first family adventure to the States. I really wanted disney plus for the plane ride. I had no problem installing disney plus, but it never played, unless connected to wifi. I found out, on a 5 hour plane ride, that the movies and shows I had downloaded all had a compatibility issue. The games were good, but this was a massive disappointment. It was a TON of money and a massive expensive for our family. We thought it would help us with travel, but I was so upset and disappointed. I wish I could return both! We have little to no use of these devices now!
