Q: How to pair the watch to your phone? How do I switch the watch to English?

1.Please scan the QR code on the box / the QR code on the watch screen, or download it from the App Store or Google Play.

2. After the download is complete. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your phone --- Turn on the smart watch --- Enter 'Coolwear' --- Click on the bottom of 'Device' --- Click on the top of 'Add device'. Then you will find the watch device, the name is 'SN87', and then click to connect.

*After a successful connection, the watch will automatically synchronize with the language of the mobile phone. Please do not pair directly via Bluetooth. The pairing operation should be done in the APP page.

Q: Call/Text Messages/SMS Notification Troubleshooting.

1. Please ensure the permissions of App, messages, calls, etc. are allowed when you download the 'Coowear' app for the first time. (When making the first connection, it will pop up: Allow SN87 to recevice your iphone notifications? You need to select 'Allow'. )

2.If only the SMS notification is displayed but the content is not displayed.（Enter the phone's 'Settings'--select 'Messages'--'Notifications'--set 'Show previews' to 'Always'）

*The watch won't receive any notification if messages/calls/SMS notifications didn't appear on dropdown of your phone, make sure they are able to show up: Phone Settings-->Notifications> Find the app you need to get notification from-->Allow Notifications.

In the App: authorize the watch to receive messages. Do not enable the DND mode.

Q: How to measure my heart rate & steps more accurately?

1.Please make sure your personal info (age,height,weight) in coolwear app are filled in correctly.

2.For a single measurement on the watch, please wear the watch one finger wide below the wrist bone, snug but comfortable on your wrist. Then keep stay still and breathing peacefully. It needs more time to measure more accurate data. This is normal that the heart rate data will be volatile at start. You will find that the data will be more accurate, if you measure more times and test longer.

3.This watch counts steps by a built-in 3D gravity sensor, and the step counting result is affected by the user's swinging arm posture, stride length, body type, road level or slope, and other factors. However, after many trials, the step counting data of our watch will not exceed 10% error from the actual. (If the number of steps is less than 30, it may not be recorded.)

Nice watch
I like it so far, but they’re a not a lot of stuff you can do with it and it feels a little less accurate. I’m a runner, I did use my watch and my Strava (application on my phone for running) and they don’t get the same KM, the same space/minute. And not by a little, but by at least a 1km🥹I recommend it but for a small use, like having the clock, the text message, the calls and the reminder.

have ordered 3 watches already from this seller, 1st one I think is ok , I gave it to my grand daughter and she seems to be happy with it, so far I haven't hear any complaints ,I did like the style and to add to that it did feel solid not light reason why I order 2 more( they were supposed to be a late Christmas gifts ), a black and pink. The pink one came as expected in her plastic cover and look like new like my previous one , but the black to my disappointment does look is a return item "used item " box looks dirty and seals on the side looks like were opened before( I did not open it to check how it did look so can't comment on that but I will be returning it ) overall not happy with this purchase. Will I recommend this product? Maybe, because it does looks nice is not bulky, doesn't look big in the wrist and it does feel the materials are not completely cheap has weight and one thing my granddaughter likes is that she can do her own pictures on the dial of the watch , I will say don't buy more than one at the same time , I think if you order more than one in the same order they give you a returned item mixed with a new ones so you won't notice it

Seller contacted me and send me a replacement unit/watch . I will give seller 5 starts for trying to please and correct my complain. regarding the watch ( s - I bought from him 3 units so far )like I mention on my previous review , I like the fact that they don't look big on your wrist and they feel solid and not cheap, they do the basic job which is what you need for a kid and for somebody who like me doesn't do much of sports . I haven't tried the sleep function but I guess will be ok. overall I will give Seller and watch 5 stars

I have tried a few smart watches lately looking for one that not only has a band that fits me (I have very tiny wrists) but also is user-friendly and has a well laid out touch screen. I have finally found what I am looking for! This is the first watch that has actually had a band that does up snugly on my wrist, and setting up the app and connecting it was a breeze. I find the battery drains quickly if you leave the screen brightness on the default, but I turned it down a few bumps and now it only uses a few % per day, even with the heartrate monitor left on. It might not show as well in full sun, but there is always the option of turning it up for those times.

What I love:
- easy to set up
- comfortable band for wearing all day
- music control has volume button (rare find!) which makes my Bluetooth earbuds even easier to use
- tons of watch faces to choose from, with the option of even using your own pictures
- sleep function seems very accurate
- waterproof
- message system allows you to choose what apps you will get notifications from
- messages come through clearly and easy to read
- additional features like weather and news are nice
- touch screen works very well. Very responsive
- good battery life and fairly quick to charge
- perfect size, nice look, and lightweight
- easy to understand manual
- user friendly app

What I don't like:
- description said it included a timer (it has since been changed) when I got it, but it only has a stopwatch. Stopwatches will not work as a timer if you are baking or doing other times projects and want to be alerted to when you need to finish. Previous watched I tried all had timers.
- watch is not as responsive as others when I raise my wrist, and I often have to twist it back and forth a couple of times to get the screen to come to life
- having the excess strap go inside against the wrist is a nice idea, but if you do the band up on the last two holes, there is too much strap and it goes slightly under the watch face, causing heartrate to not read properly. I have to keep it one notch looser than I'd like.
- charger is a little annoying to attach, and I wish it was magnetic like a lot of others. But it works well
- using your own picture as the watch face only allows you to have time, date, sleep, steps, and heartrate function but not battery level. I find it necessary to have the battery level so I had to choose a preset style, which was disappointing

All in all, it is a good watch. The best I have tried so far and the one I will keep. But I had to knock off a star for the poor responsiveness to the wrist lift and the lack of a timer (a very basic function that is far more useful than a stopwatch and included on every other smart watch I have found).

I'm happy I purchased this watch because I couldn't justify spending 150+ on something else.

Pros:
• I have tiny wrists and this doesn't look bad and it's is extremely comfortable to wear. I can't speak to the band because I did switch it out for an elastic one immediately just because I prefer those.
• I found the battery life to be really good. I purchased a little over 3 weeks ago and life was at 25%. I charged back up to 100% in about an hour.

Cons:
• App it works with is really basic. You can't generate reports and the in-app graphs are really basic. If I could find a better app that worked with it, or the developers improved the existing app then this would be super deadly
• The sports and workout routines are sort of lacking but I just choose walk or yoga every time and don't care that much.

Overall I really like it, I would 100% recommend or re-purchase. I may even purchase one for my mom who has been trying to get more active as well.
