I especially like the wifi signal and intelligent 5.1 and 2.4 selection. I have 3 storey house, decided to install a Eero Pro on 1st floor to improve signal strength. I did not have to create a separate wifi zone for this second Eero. They work cooperatively together. I also like the weekly emails on usuage.

This is like it’s a beta product. I bought this 9 months ago. A big part of why I chose this product was for Eero secure. Well it flat out does not work. Can’t turn it on, can’t buy it, can’t use it. I’ve had a support ticket open since January and they still in August have no resolution for me.

Beautiful packaging ( think Apple ), super easy set up ( under 10 mins ) and devices show strong signal, however if you move 20 feet away the speed drops significantly. iPhone still shows full signal, but speed drops from 150 mbps to 50 mbps. I bought this device to fix such issues. I can achieve these same speeds using the very old Apple Airport Express at those distances.
