I bought this as I tend to have breathing issues when I sleep and also I needed it for my knees and ankles. From time to time I need to have them elevated due to swelling and inflammation.

Pros:
Height is good. It is higher than the ones I always see which are usually less than 7.5 in height.
You can adjust the height depending on what body part needs support.
Cover can come off and is machine washable.
Soft material.
Comfy for reading in bed.

Cons:
It claims that it can change in 7 different ways but there are no instructions with the wedge to tell you how.
The cover is made out of material that is super soft so by the end of the night if I'm sleeping on it, I have slid down the wedge. This wedge is more for needing your legs and ankles upright or reading in bed comfortably rather than sleeping.
You still need an extra pillow if you do sleep on it for neck support.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to regular clearly indicated 30° wedge pillows and I tried 2 other pillows before I found this one. It is very sturdy. Comfortable. And keeps me at the correct angle for recovery after my surgery. I can more easily push myself up with my legs on this one as well.

I have had this item for only two days. It has done a much better than expected job at relieving my back and leg pain. The plush cover is soft to the touch and also prevents the cushions from moving around when used on top of bedsheets, which is a very useful thing compared to ordinary pillows that tend to shift and fall off the bed. The memory foam provides support to the sides of torso and legs which prevents slipping to the side as well. They are also wider than conventional pillows and that also enhances the comfort.
The only issue I have noted to date is that the zippers for the cover have very small pull tabs on them. Anyone with arthritis or other hand issues would have a very hard time putting the covers back on the cushions after washing. As the cushion cover zippers are on the side of the cushions, I think bigger zippers would be easier to use but still not be uncomfortable during use.
It remains to be seen how this item will wear over time. I will update later.

UPDATE
Has turned out to be far more effective than I hoped. The small zipper tab is definitely a problem in zipping the two halves together though.

I have used this nightly for the past four months. I wanted something to use at night to give me a better incline than pillows that was better on my neck and back. I also read in bed, so was looking for something to use to sit up but would also work when I wanted to recline at night. The many options for depth and angle mean that I can always find a way to make this just right, although I have my two preferred angles. The material is soft, and while I have many allergies, this caused me no problems. I plan to buy more as gifts.

Would not work for stomach sleepers. Works well for back or side sleepers. The material is great and durable. Feels like new after four months.
