Have had this for a few months now and it has worked without failure from day 1. Easy to set up and picture quality is good. I don’t say it’s amazing - a. Little fuzzy but can live with it. Love that is has a lens cover for privacy! Plastic casing is a little cheap, but does the job!

Just got one- plugged it in, very easy to set up. No problems whatsoever. I read about ppl not being able to get motion thru a window. This is a single pane and no problem. No reflection, caught 3am action (nothing interesting but still, works). I just popped it on the window sill, very much 180 degree view. Just remember to turn off the alerts so it doesn’t wake you up. yes you need the ring app and service but I have had that for year with my doorbells and it has been a great investment, with renters especially in my house. I’ll likely buy another. I read you can also get a battery and convert the plug in one to a battery charged in case you want a more creative placement. (Canada)

This inside camera is amazing. Does the job its supposed to. Clear vision daylight and night time. Sound if clear as well. Hooked up to our phones no problem. (X2 phones) once you install app it's a 30 day trial then you have e to oay over $100 for the year! Well worth it as it gives us security outside out place and inside ad well. We got the 2 cameras Ring for the outside of the door a d inside of the house well worth the money! I got my mom to get one she bought it right away!

Las cámaras funcionan bien aveces tienen pequeños cortes en la imagen pero es por la resección del wifi y por muros pesados. Ahora en cuanto al porqué digo que una pésima decisión de la empresa eSi por que anteriormente al comprar una cámara podías elegir si contratar o no la suscripción igual podías ver las grabaciones no guardar las o compartirlas pero si verlas ahora NO si quieres revisar una simple grabación tienes que suscribirte mensualmente o anual y eso se me hace muy deshonesto por parte de la empresa ya que prácticamente te OBLIGAN a pagar para que las cámaras tengan uso… MUY MAL
En fin por lo demás todo bien (dentro de lo que cabe)
