This tablet is great. It's just the right size for kids. The foam cover is super sturdy and protective... My kid tosses it around all the time and the cover does its job because the tablet has never broken, cracked, or chipped.
The tablet itself is easy to use. Tons of fun easy features for kids. My kid mostly uses it for streaming Netflix and Disney plus. Works great.

So I've now owned this for a few months and I've waited this long to give a review for good reason.
I have a 4 y.o. with ASD.
He chews on.... everything. Even his stim toys are hardened silicone and STILL need to be regularly replaced as he destroys ones designed even for adults.
If he gets frustrated he'll bash his head against things, HARD.
When he is "done" with something he will just full on drop it. Which wouldn't be a huge problem if he didn't also like climbing.
So picture a 4 year old holding this tablet while standing on top of a mattress pulled off my day bed and leaned against my sofa and just going "I'm done with this" and dropping the tablet like 6 feet onto the hardwood floors.
This. Thing. Has. Survived.
Occasionally he somehow managed to press so many things at once while biting it that he makes it freeze (I can't replicate this even while actively trying to freeze it, so it obviously doesn't happen often). But a quick reboot fixes it with zero issue.
He doesn't play the games but uses it as a small portable TV for netflix. It has bluetooth and wifi meaning you can download netflix episodes onto it for car rides, or worst case hotspot your phone for it to have wifi to watch whatever.
This product has survived. It's been dropped, thrown, kicked, had water spilled on it, had him smash the screen against his forehead as hard as he can, It's survived car rides (and been why we survived 8 hour drives to the inlaws).
As a parent with a kid with ASD, I cannot recommend this thing enough. He loves it, he loves being able to take it into his room and have his cartoons playing while jumping on his bed. He loves just laying in bed with mom while they both hide under the blankets.
It's fantastic. And damn near indestructible.
And that's before you get into the warranty borderline being "if it breaks we'll replace it" which shows a lot of ( well founded) faith in their product and it's durability and quality.
So for any of my fellow parents out there looking for this kind of product and are nervous about spending this much money and being afraid your kid will just break it in a week. This is from one parent who took that chance to another: It's worth it.
