2. It cannot be seen from the appearance that it is glass or plastic. As a customer, what can we do to identify it?

There is an easy, quick, cost-effective way to test it yourself, and it's very accurate. Most plastics have a melting point between 160 and 210 degrees Celsius, and glass materials are at least over 1400 degrees Celsius, so is there a lighter around?

3. Does it come with a cleaning wipe to use prior to placing on the phone?

Yes,the package includes: 6*Guide Stickers, 3*Wet Wipe & 1*Dry Wipe, 3*Dust Absorber

4.How can I remove bubbles?

Use the kit in the package to clean the screen before placing the screen protector.If there are bubbles, try to gently press the bubbles with your finger or with a ruler,but the screen surface needs a thin cloth pad to avoid scratching the protector.

5.How can I remove a cracked glass screen protector?

Lift the screen protector with the card from any corner of the screen protector, then hold the corner and remove slowly. (If you find CHIP or CRACK on the screen protector, for your safety, please wear gloves when removing the screen protector.)

This is a great product and I love that it comes with the screen protectors AND camera protector. I have two complaints, however. Firstly, the box didn’t come with a “squeegee” type thing to push the bubbles out from under the glass, so I had to use something else that could have damaged the glass. Also, as you can see from the photo the “easy open” tab is a total bust.

All 3 screens came intact. Easy to install (follow the video instructions. Perfectly centred and there weren’t any bubbles. The package comes with everything you’ll need to install the screen(s). I dropped my phone a few times after installing the screen protector (the phone is also in a protective case). The screen protector survived the first few falls, but the last fall was face forward from about a 4ft height onto a ceramic tile floor. It did not survive that fall. It cracked and spiderwebbed in one corner and has continued to spread. I will be changing the screen to one of the spares soon.

I hadn’t used a screen protector in 10+ years and was convince to get some. What an improvement from the gross, old sticker ones. They are virtually invisible once applied to the surface and have already saved my front camera and screen from getting scratched and ruined. They’re easy to apply, but found the little plastic framing tool to be unnecessary and actually made it harder to center the protector perfectly. Will always have one of these on my phone ! Have already replaced an old shattered one and was happy to see my real screen remained perfect underneath !

This is the second time I bought this brand. It goes on very easy and if there is a speck of dirt or bubble it is easier to fix than other brands where you have to toss the whole screen out and try again no, I most of the time can use the dust sticker to get that speck out and try again. My husband used this on his iphone and accidentally ran over the phone with an excavator. The screen has cracks, phones warped and camera lens cracked but phone still works so he gives credit to the use of this screen protector, phone casing and quality of iphone.

Camera lens protectors are at best unnecessary and at worst detrimental to your camera's performance. The sapphire glass already located on your phone's camera is a different and stronger material than the rest of the screen and is nearly impossible to break. Adding a layer of protection over this will only increase the glare and reduce the sharpness of your photos. Please don't limit your expensive iPhone's impressive camera with these protectors! With that said, these screen protectors have been my go-to choice to protect my iPhone for the past few years. Even not needing the camera lens protectors, this was still the most affordable option I could find. As with previous versions, the price point is this product's strongest feature. The protector is correctly sized and interfaces with the touch screen perfectly. The durability of these protectors is only decent, but for this price point, I find this compromise to be completely acceptable. I have never had a problem with scratching, but these protectors have always eventually fractured along the edge after repeated use. Since one pack of these protectors lasts me well over a year, I would much rather choose this over more expensive options.

The included screen alignment tool is a significant upgrade from previous versions, and I have found it to be intuitive and effective. I have struggled with dust being caught under the screen protector, but I believe this is mostly user error, and I will try to apply the protector in environments with less dust in the future. The other included cleaning wipes are nice to have as well.
