Does what it says on the box, nearly :
I can't smell any scent ( that might be a pro for some)
The tablet should be oblong, as it is round I have to snap it in two to fit in an LG machine tray.

I would also recommend doing when the machine is empty and take out the cutlery stand too. It did get not get the top of the dishwasher clean the first time, due to obstructions in the top tray when running with dishes. Great when empty.

Also, it is key to first clean the bottom filter prior to running the clean cycle.

The stainless interior of my DW was so hazy that I had to use two Affresh tablets in empty DW initially, and then again a few days later before I saw a difference. Wow. Now it’s just like brand new inside! I use one tablet and run on regular cycle in empty dishwasher every three weeks or so, to prevent the soap haze and to keep it shiny.

I use these every once and a while to keep the dishwasher running clean and smooth. They reduce hard water deposits / soap scum from building up in areas you can't get to unless you take apart the appliance. They also leave the appliance smelling fresh and clean. The box recommends running a tab every month, but I've been doing it every ~3 months or so for years because our water isn't overly hard. I've bought them from Walmart in the past but they only sell them in packs of 3. This 6 pack is a great value option.
