1. This usb c hub totally doesn't work with my laptop.

Answer: Pls make sure your type c port of laptop support DP Altmode( video output), otherwise it won't work.

2. It does not charge any devices. when using this hub?

Answer: Regarding Apple IPAD charging problem: IPAD adapters are generally 18W adapters, and the product needs to consume the current of the adapter, so that the original adapter of the iPad cannot be used to charge the computer. It is recommended that customers use around 45W adapters to charge the IPAD.

3. It can't work well when i try to use the hub with external hard drives.

Answer: We do not recommend adding an extra extension cable for the hub as it can cause slow transmission, HDMI port not being recognized, or other connective issues. Not intended for use with gaming devices and high-power devices (external hard drives, iPad, etc.)

4. Can TF/SD card slot be plugged into at a time?

Answer:　TF/SD card can't be read at same time, only 1 card each.

5. Is the hub adapter compatible with NintendoSwitch?

Answer: No, it is incompatible with NintendoSwitch.

6. Why does the screen splash and snowflakes?

Answer: i think hdmi cables get some problems, pls change a new and short hdmi cable for trying.

7. The ethernet doesn't work.

1). Please confirm if your laptop has read the network chip of our hub. You can check the product's network chip in the network menu on the laptop's device manager.

2). If not recognized, then try to check if it works when you use USB3.0 ports. If usb 3.0 works well, then it may product's problem, pls　write a letter to us to get a replacement.

3). If it is recognized, pls check your ethernet cable has been connected well or try to replace a new ethernet cable for trying.Secondly, Pls make sure your laptop gets the MAC address via below steps:

WIN System: Network Properties---Select the Network Connection Read---Detailed Information---Physical Address

Apple System: Network---Select Network Connected to the Network Card--- click Advanced---Hardware---MAC Address
