These tracker tags are durable and work well. I added them to my dogs’ collars, and the tags have withstood their playing and wresting in all kinds of conditions (dirt, snow, water, heat, cold). I am pleased with how durable they are. It is great that the tags have a hole for a keychain so they don’t need a case or holder to stay secure.

I can see my dogs’ locations in the Find My app as long as they are within Bluetooth range of me or another iPhone when there is cellular service. I can play a sound to locate the tag, and it is a good volume and works within Bluetooth range (maybe 150 meters away). I can choose whether to get a notification if I have left a tag behind, and it will provide the address and map pinned where the tag was last seen.

In remote areas with no service, I can still use the play sound feature within blutooth range and get notifications when a tag is no longer near me.

Customer service was excellent when I had a question. These tags work well to keep track of my dogs (or car keys or anything) within Bluetooth range of my or another iPhone, and I recommend them.

I bought these to use in two situations. One was to place a tracker in my car for security. The second was to bring along on a long distance trip which included a plane trip. They were easy to set up, register, and work perfectly with Apple's find my system.

My car is now tracked, and I can easily find it with my phone if I need to. When I went on holiday, I brought two along and dropped one in my luggage and was able to track it while waiting for it to come down the conveyer after we landed. As well, I was able to keep track of it when it was in the hotel room. On a few occasions, I gave one of the trackers to a member of our party at an amusement park when we split up so we could keep track of their location. They had a phone but it offered us extra peace of mind knowing we could find them if we needed to or their phone was dead. It worked flawlessly.

Half the price of apple airtags and worked just as well.

Meine Mutter verlegt oft Schlüssel und andere wichtige Gegenstände und bekommt dann Panik, wenn sie plötzlich "weg" sind. Daher hatten wir bereits eine andere, unabhängige Tracking-Lösung im Einsatz, bei der aber die Batterien nach 3-4 Wochen immer leer waren - und zwar meistens genau dann, wenn es wieder soweit war. Stundenlanges Suchen war immer die Folge.

Wir haben diese Tracker nun seit 3 Monaten im Einsatz und sie funktionieren immer noch einwandfrei und haben uns etliche Stunden Suche erspart. Das Einrichten über die "Wo ist?" App im iPhone funktioniert problemlos und man kann die Tags aussagekräftig bezeichnen. Die Bluetooth-Reichweite liegt bei ca. 10 Metern, auch durch Wände hindurch und allein schon das Abspielen des Piepstons reicht oft zum Lokalisieren aus.

Einziges Manko: Der Lokalisierungston ist relativ leise, also wenn der Gegenstand z.B. in einer Handtasche oder einem Schrank liegt, dann muß man schon sehr genau hinhören, um das Geräusch wahrzunehmen. Da das Handy i.d.R. meldet, wenn es per Bluetooth Kontakt hatte, lässt sich der Suchkreis aber meist recht schnell eingrenzen.

Fazit: Kostengünstige und funktionale Alternative zu den Original-AirTags.
