I love the front facing camera, I had a few issues to begin but works perfectly
First thing is the size, it takes very little space. Very easy to mount, cable is longer then needed so it could be installed on bigger vehicle easily. I had some issues getting it to work properly with my radio system but came to find out it was most likely another app doing the issue, I had to search online to reinstall the app for this cam as no other Google Play store would connect to the camera even though this is a usb cam, the software is on the camera it self and can not be found in the play store so that is really a bummer and could mean it's bugged or hacked as it is not Google approved. Over all I still love it and the fact that it records as soon as I start the car without opening the app is great as the cam is independent of the radio and software.

It looks to be a nice piece of gear. Clear picture and a solid feel. I haven't yet used it on the road since I'm still building the truck. The only caution I'd be aware off is to make sure you have the SD card oriented correctly. I did not and silly me, I put a bit of extra force to get it in. Something broke internally and now the card, when I do slide it in correctly, it doesn't click in and stay. My fault for jamming it in the wrong way. I wish there was a way to make it more obvious with respect to the orientation. But I didn't see anyone else having this issue so....Anyway, I'm getting another one.
Unit appears well made and has some weight to it S a result of the housing being mostly metal. I had an issue with a faulty SDCARD slot that would not eject the card. Contacted customer support and they immediately dealt with the situation by sending a replacement camera. Don’t know if this was a fault in design, or just a fluke. The replacement camera has been working well. Have no complaints and would buy another one without hesitation.
I loved this product at first the camera felt like it was made with quality. After having it installed for a short time I noticed that it does not automatically record sometimes leaving me unsure if I am protected or not. You can not access any settings on the atoto radio for the camera to my knowledge. I would by a stand alone unit next time from a more reliable brand.
All functions are accessible from the head unit. The picture is clear and apart from running the cable around the windshield trim, it is plug-and-play with the software already installed on the ATOTO deck (S8 Ultra in my case) and the USB input supplied with the head. Much simpler to install than any other DashCam that I've installed. The only glitch: I purchased an SDXC card that is formatted to exFAT. The camera needs a card formatted to FAT32. I had to find a different card since my computer wouldn't format the SDXC card to FAT32.
Picture quality is what you would expect at the price point. Cable was to short to make a clean install, has to dangle from the window to the dash instead of proper routing for my vehicle. Would be nice if it came with an SD card
The picture on this is great... when you can get it to work. The software does not always initialize the camera and roughly half the time you can't start the app or look at recorded files. There also doesn't seem to be a pattern to it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't!
Another issue, in my eyes, is that it can't use the radio storage. The listing says "It does not require store space from Android car stereo", but it should really say "It can't use the radio storage space". As such, you have to purchase a separate Micro SD to store data on, which plugs into the side of the camera. The card slot for this seems a bit cheap though, as it doesn't always click into place and sometimes takes several attempts before it is seen by the device. It is also unclear as to whether it supports a maximum of 256GB or 512Gb, as documentation on their website and the listing varies. I have tried it with 256Gb and that does work (sometimes).
Note that if you leave less than a 5 star review, the company will email you with bribes to try and up your review, which is why this only has 2 stars.
