Purchased Nov 28/23, stopped working Jan 24/24. For no reason stopped charging therefore the phone itself is dead. Tried another outlet and still will not charge. Was fine with good sound and display until it stopped working for no reason. Have contacted customer service so will see what happens next. Customer service got back to me and offered a new phone IF I send this back to Texas (at my cost) and then they will only send the replacement phone to an address in the USA. I'm going to contact Amazon Canada.
