How to mounting your suction cup phone holder securly on your windshield/Dashborad?

Clean the mounting surface, ensure surface is free of all dust and dirt, then let dry completely.

Place car mount on the place, press the "Lock" button.

Easy to use:

1,Place the car mount on the optimum position, press down the “LOCK” lever.

2,Press the button on the back of the holder to release the two side grip, then place the device to the holder and squeeze the grip back together by just one hand.

*Note:

-If the surface of your car’s dashboard is not smooth, but textured, please use the 3M dashboard pad (Please note:the 3M dashboard pad is one-time use) .

-The suction cup may not compatible with the leather, vinyl and soft style surface. Recommend that to mount it on the windshield for stronger hold if your car’s dashboard surface is leather or vinyl or soft.

-The depth of the two sides arms are 14mm, it may not compatible with some thick phones or phones with a thick case.

This is a good product - stays on the window. I even have the arm fully extended because my window is so sloping and far away at the bottom.
But on bumpy roads it tends to sag from the weight of the phone and once it sags enough it can actually fall out from facing forwards. I guess a 200g phone is too much for it.

This holder does a really good job of holding onto the phone. It's easy to mount and remove. The issue I have with it is at the suction cup end, it won't stay secured to the window and will fall off sometimes several times in a 3-4 hour trip. In fairness, I use this at work as a highway coach driver, so I do switch it from vehicle to vehicle since I don't have a dedicated bus. I rinse the suction pad under water from time to time and clean the window with either an alcohol wipe or glass cleaner as per the instructions, but it doesn't really help much. Maybe the cold weather has an effect?
I'd happily give this 5 stars if I could rely on it staying where it's placed.
