Panning no longer works but now it is fixed
Update! I have contacted customer support and they have been very helpful and responsive to my issue.They have sent a replacement and so far so good. I want to say thank you for responding and clering up this issue. When I got this camera I was impressed at all the features and build quality. The camera was easy to setup and streamlined with the app was easy. Unfortunately after 5 months the panning has lost it's functionality and the camera is stuck unable to move correctly like the motor or gears are shot. I am so disappointed in this and I have reset the camera and had it unplugged but still it is not working correctly.
