I was quite impressed with how fast the plates heat up. You can be in a rush and not have to worry about waiting for the flat iron to heat up enough to use.
The controls are really easy to use and the temperature display is clear and easy to see. The handle is easy to hold and I like that the cord end that connects to the flat iron can rotate 360 degrees for a worry free non-twisted cord.
The plate is nice and wide for a more heated coverage area . It does do a really good job of straightening your hair and the silicone heat resistant mat is perfect to keep from burning your counter. It does cool down fairly quickly as well.
It comes with a soft drawstring pouch and a small facial scrub as well. The pouch is great to help keep your iron looking nice for longer.

While it claims to be both a straightener and a curler, I haven't tested the curling feature yet, so I can't comment on that. However, the straightening function works really well. Just make sure to use some heat spray on your hair before using the straightener. Overall, it's a very good product.
