I’m so fussy with protein powders but this one is pretty good. It mixes well and quickly. It does foam a lot but that goes away in a minute or so. It tastes like a chewable vitamin c to me. Not really a flavour I want to sip at and savour but definitely doesn’t taste bad. The flavour is fairly strong and I used 16 oz of water instead of their recommended 5-10 oz. Just don’t sniff it when it’s mixed, has that stinky whey smell.

I've bought countless of these as it's the highest quality flavored whey powder I've found so far, plus the flavors are actually pretty great. The scoop locking to the top of the container seems like a gimmick at first but it's actually pretty handy. Since I've tried a bunch of the different flavors I thought I'd rate each of them individually. I usually mix them with almond milk so things might be different for those mixing with just water, but anyway, here's my two cents:

Strawberry - 10/10 - Tastes just like you'd expect a strawberry milkshake to. Even better if you throw a frozen banana in with it, or a splash of chocolate milk. This one's my favorite.

Caramel Macchiato - 10/10 - I bought this one just to change it up, thinking I might not even like it but it's actually my second favorite, just below strawberry. It tastes just like an iced cappuccino; honestly you could probably throw it in a blender with milk & some ice and you might not even notice a difference.

Birthday Cake - 8/10 - Tastes just as you'd expect it to. There's some sprinkles in it which I'm not a fan of, as they just end up at the bottom of your shakes anyway, although I suppose this is meant to differentiate it from vanilla since they're otherwise pretty similar? I've also tried this one with water and didn't like it a whole lot, but since I normally use almond milk, it's pretty good with that.

Vanilla - 7/10 - Pretty much just what you're expecting. Also mixes well with other stuff, I was making lots of shakes with this & frozen bananas when I had this kind. A splash of chocolate milk is nice with it too. Like the birthday cake one, the vanilla's not as good with just plain water as it would be with some kind of milk, but it does the job.

Cookies & Cream - 4/10 - I didn't really like this one. It has little bits of what I suppose is the "cookies" part of "cookies and cream", but it's kind of jarring as they generally just end up at the bottom of your shake, so you get a mouthful of them at the end. The taste was alright but not quite what I was expecting.

Orange Dreamsicle - 1/10 - When I ordered it, I had a feeling it was either gonna be really great, or really awful. It was awful. Tastes like one of those flavored medicines for kids or something, and it's even worse with water. I tried throwing different fruits in with it to improve or mask the flavor but nothing really worked. I wouldn't personally buy it again.

Allmaxx is a great product I’ve used for a few years. High protein, no sugar, low calories. The vanilla flavour is great in baking, smoothies, or mixed with milk (I use cashew). It’s also a bit more affordable here than in the supplement stores and delivered to me. Remember it settles so shake it up to fluff it up.

I've never really enjoyed protein shakes so instead I mix a serving of this in with 200 grams of Oikos high protein plain greek yogurt and let it chill in the fridge for a few hours and then it is thick and cream and fluffy and tastes like Reece’s peanut butter heaven and it gives me 65 grams of protein!! And it's so filling too. Add a bit of banana and it's extra divine. 5 out of 5 stars! Will definitely be ordering again.
