The issue is that the other carrying strap came broken as if it were sliced through, not impressed.

This is a great value. Not the cheapest available and not the most expensive ... but so much better than those flimsy nylon bags. It's not a flight case of course, so it wouldn't be wise to use this as a keyboard case as airline baggage ... obviously. The material is very thick and strong. There are plenty of carrying straps and even straps inside for securing the keyboard. Storage pocets are good. Zipper is good. There is also padding which will protect against bumps and scratches (but not piling other things on top of it as in 'baggage' ... of course.) This is a great bag for the gigging musician. I just wanted an inexpensive bag. This is holding an 88 key Casio PX150 and there's ample space. This was not the cheapest but exceeded my expectations and I'm glad I chose this one. It's really good value for the money.

For the price, this is a good case. I liked the quality of the workmanship, and the outer fabric is very sturdy and pleasing. The bag is very roomy. It fits my Yamaha P-105 with ease with even a bit too much space to spare. The padding is adequate, but missing in a few spots in the corners. The extra roominess of the bag, however, allowed me to put in some extra padding for my peace of mind.
The extra space also allows me to put a few extra items (such as the plastic music stand rack) in the case as well. However, I am careful to wrap any extra items in padding or padded envelopes so as not to scratch or damage the keyboard, as they kind of rattle around a bit in there.
I appreciate the backpack straps. This will allow me to use my free hands to carry other gear.
Great that it has two front pockets for cables and whatnot. However, I do wish that the larger pocket was just an inch and a half longer. If it were the music stand rack would fit inside it perfectly. As it is, it's just a tad too small. As it is, the pocket will have to do for cables and the adapter.
All in all, this is a good product that I recommend.
