I forgot how to read music long ago, but want to make some. I tried a bit of a less expensive and far smaller keyboard. It was good enough that I realized, to have fun and learn, I needed something with larger, adult sized keys. This large keyboard is, for me, the right size--neither too small nor too big. It is very light. The 'voices' are very impressive, and better than I heard on prior keyboards. The grand piano sounds rather grand! The violins, saxophones etc. all sound fine, some excellent, others occasionally strained but ok. I still have to figure out the learning part, but this keyboard has all the versatility I need, as a beginner at least. I use it plugged in but it works fine on batteries. Sound quality excellent.

I was debating between buying a portable keyboard and a full sized keyboard. I ended up purchasing this one because this has full sized keys and would not interfere with my fat fingers lol. I still find it a tad difficult to sit at the middle of the keyboard as the middle C is to my left and I have to use the right hand. But I guess that's a "me" problem. I will take pinao lessons as I am serious about learning this instrument but so far, it works well. I even tested the MIDI functions and while there's a little lag, it does work. Not sure if that's how its supposed to work or if its not a good thing. Overall, for an absolute beginner, this keyboard does the trick.

If you're serious about learning and budget is not an issue, try to get a good sounding 88 keys piano.

Very very good playing toy.
Combinations are exceptional. Split, Tones, Drums and much more.

Works with the pedal and Bluetooth receiver in the AUX port.
Also the USB works great: you just plug in an USB stick with music files.
Much more: For instance you can play music from your PC, output BT to the keyboard and output the keyboard through a stereo cable to an entertainment system.
All along you can have a pedal connected and play the piano on top of the music.
I tested all the ports and they do a great job.

Very good communication with the seller.
I asked about the pedal and he gave me the exact model to buy. Pedal works great.

I am so, pleasantly surprised with this keyboard! For the cheapest keyboard on the market I did not have high expectations and was a little nervous about this purchase, however it is perfect! Price considering, the sound is good and it has everything you need to either learn to play or tinker around and play your favourite songs. The keys are also perfect and beautiful quality. They have a real piano feel and are weighted which was a lovely surprise. I've played on keyboards that felt so cheap and that's what I was expecting but that's not what you'll get. If you're wanting a new quarantine hobby and are considering piano, this is a great purchase. It's small enough to fit on my apartment's island but big enough to learn the songs I want!

Perfect for learning the basics. Sound quality is so/so but has midi hookup and enough features to make up for it. Keys aren't hugely responsive but not surprising for a budget keyboard. Overall very happy.
