Works fine to do what it's suppose to, and that is to charge or power electronic devices. One thing I will mention is that the capacity listed for this device must be the capacity of the cells inside and not the output capacity. I estimate the output capacity to be somewhere around 15000 which is still lots! I love that it tells you the remaining capacity in percentage.

Love the option you have USB C and A on the box- charges fairly quickly without issue, never feels hot and will put at least a full charge in my Ipad pro with spare cap to charge the phone also.

Used to use a lot with Work Iphone SE (terrible battery) but have now been upgraded to an Iphone 13Pro so in all honesty mine probably gets used less than the kids, but I have heard no complaints about low battery phones since furnishing them both with these.
