The product seems to work well so far but it has not been taxed to its supposed limit so far. Charging seems to be slower than I expected. I wish there were more indicators of the status of the charger and how quickly it was charging an attached device.

Doesn't take long to charge. Charges multiple products at once, though.. obviously.. if you are charging more than one item it slows down the charge time. The solar portion.... is garbage. Does nothing. I left it out in direct sunlight for two days and it didn't charge it at all. Thankfully it holds a charge really well so charge it up at home. Flashlight it bright!

The battery pack meets all my needs so far. The charge lasts a long time too, I usually charge multiple devices for a few days in a row before having to recharge the battery pack. I also use the battery pack as a mobile smart charger seeing as it has technology built in to automatically stop charging when all connected devices are charged to full. Great battery pack for the value I personally think.

When I looked at power banks I thought bigger must be better. I was partly right.

1. This battery bank is large enough to charge my laptop, twice.

2. It takes a LOOOONG time to charge it when it's plugged into a wall socket and it's almost impossible to charge it with a low power outlet like the cigarette lighter or USB plugs in the car. When I originally got it I thought it was defective because it didn't seem to charge all 4 indicator points... I was wrong. I just wasn't letting it charge for long enough (like an entire day!). (Side note: some people complain that it doesn't charge all 5 indicator points but the 5th light is the solar "charging" indicator not a battery level indicator)

3. The solar charging, which I originally thought was awesome, is essentially useless. It'd probably take 700 hours of direct sunlight to charge this power bank 1 level (exaggerating... but probably not by much)

4. It's bulky and heavy.

In summary, I barely ever use it. It collects dust next to my bed. I use my 10 000 (which is lighter, more portable, and charges quickly) almost everyday. I suggest going with a 10 000 as I suspect this one won't make it onto your favourites list.

Heavy to carry this large wattage power bank, but can charge cell phones and other electronic gadgets more times than the 100,000 Watt model.
Solar panel takes too long to charge to be useful. Even using wall AC outlets to charge required quite long time to fully charged this monster. LED light is too weak but still good to have in the dark.
