Pros:
- Fast charging
- High power amount for good value
- In/out display to let me know if it's actually charging or being charged (which was a concern from my past exp)

Cons:
- Rather big and heavy to take carry-on with yourself. Definitely not a pocket-sized thing.
- Package does not include anything to charge the power bank itself. I'll give it a pass, as its many ports work for charging itself too.

This thing has powered up everything from phones and iPads to my Masterbuilt Gravity Series smoker! It charges reasonably quickly, given the size of the battery pack in it, and will power up a regular phone several times over.

The 'unusual' use I have for this is powering one of my smokers though. With the wifi controller and fans running, I've done 5-6 hour cooks with this power pack that only used 10-12% of the juice.

A couple of my favourite things about it are:
- the display that shows you the percent of charge remaining
- the display that shows you the volts and amps IN when the pack is charging and OUT when you're using it to charge/power other things.
- easy to haul around
- lasts for AGES!

I'm actually thinking about getting a second one, we use this so much.

A little heavy for travel but still manageable for the amount of power it stores. Charged up my tablet from 30% to full and still had power to spare. Takes a few hours to recharge but can be done over night. Bonus it fits my Tech Travel pouch.

I am adding this update as the company read my review and contacted me. That doesn't happen often, when it does, it's worth noting. They supplied me with a new power bank within two days! It is perfect, the slots align perfectly. SO ... customer service gets a 15/10! Now that I have owned the bank for 5 months I can say that it holds its charge well and it still performs as well as the day I first received it. I do recommend this product.
I received this power bank, I was leaving the next day for vacation and needed it, so returning it wasnt a option if it worked. That being said, it has great power, holds its charge and charges faster than I can deplete my phone while watching movies etc. HOWEVER, as described in other reviews, all the input slots were not lined up. I spent my evening chiseling the openings so I could charge it and use it on my flight. I had no problem going through Canadian or Cuban customs with it in my backpack. It is heavy and a bit bigger than a large cell phone in a heavy duty case. I will post photos later if permitted.

I cannot stress enough just how thankful I am that this power bank exists. I work as a field inspector and photographer for farm equipment auction sales, and let me tell you—this powerhouse of a charger is my lifesaver. Being out in the field under variable temperatures/conditions and extended use, my iPhone’s lifespan in a day can only last so long.
I know there are plenty “fast charge” power banks out there on the market too, but I’ve gone through 3 different power banks in the last 2 years (2 of which were advertised as having PD fast charge capability too but pale in performance and overall durability compared to this one). This is my 4th now. Hasn’t failed me once since I bought it, does just as advertised, and the higher capacity greatly helps me as I’ve often found myself needing to fully recharge my phone more than twice in a shift. The fact that it fast charges it to a useable battery percentage at such a short time, and is able to easily recharge your phone by how many times in a day, is exactly what I needed in a power bank. I don’t know if I’ve ranted enough, but you will never go wrong by buying this guy.

It's physically a nice package, it charges via usb-c, usb-micro, and Apple lightning, the volts-amps-percent display is nice, and the flashlight is convenient.

When fully discharged and connected to a 65 Watt usb-c charger, it charged itself at 9 Volts, 2 Amps. At about 4.5 hours, the charging current started to decrease (still 9 Volts), which was not a surprise. It takes about 6 hours for charging to stop.

Interestingly, if I plot the reported percent-charge vs time, that stayed linear to 100% in close to 6 hours. So the percent-charge isn't really percent-capacity, it's percent of time to full charge in 6 hours (if your supply has enough capacity).

If I integrate the self-reported volts times current (sampled fairly coarsely), I get 90 Watt-hours. That's the stored energy. I also got 90 Amp-hours using a separate usb-c charging monitor that integrates continuously.

The Amazon page says 30,000 milli-Amp-hours, which is 30 Amp-hours. That would be 90 Watt-hours at 3 volts. But for lithium cell standard voltage of 3.6 Volts, it's 25,000 milli-Amp-hours. At the minimum useful 5 Volts, 90 Watt-hours is 18,000 milli-Amp-hours.

So the claims are moderately exaggerated. But I think everyone does that....

I was very happy with the first one of these that I purchased for myself so I bought a second one for my daughter. Unfortunately, the second one would only output power at 5V throught the usb c port (the usb A ports worked properly, only the usb c port had this issue). I contacted the seller and in less than 24 hours the seller responded stating that they would like to send a replacement. The replacement arrived two days later and works great. These are great power banks backed up by excellent customer support.

I live in Ukraine. I have to use a lot of power banks for the last year and a half. And this one is the best of them! fast charging (At 9V/1.5A = usually almost 7 hours, but it can be faster). In fact, its capacity is no more than 20000mah. Its body can be squeezed quite a bit from the largest sides. But! But it is still the best, because it knows how to show Volts and Amps, both input and output. And it turns out to be VERY convenient and useful!!! This power bank is worth every cent! Would be a good unit if it would hold a charge. Charges in seconds says fully charged but then it only charges something for a few seconds and says dead. Bad battery I am guessing. It's a sham because I had high hopes for this as a battery backup.
