I haven’t had this for a full week yet and already the plastic under the plug is starting to pull away from the plug. Why does this type of thing happen with these cables?? I’m not even unplugging it from the wire I’m unplugging it from the top part this isn’t right. While this was damaged within a couple of days I called in and they said they’d give me a credit of a certain amount and when I looked to it was a good chunk more then I was told. I appreciate how the customer service is when you have an issue with something I was very impressed with the credit given to me. Thank you very much!!!!
