This battery pack is pretty good for the price point. I also like that it came with a carrying pouch. I have an S24 and when the battery pack is fully charged, I can charge my phone 2-3 times before having to recharge the battery pack. This is great for when I'm out camping or when I go on a trip where the plugs are not the same. Great to keep charged and packed with you anywhere you go.

This is the second unit I've bought. The first one is great. I can charge my phone many times. It charges quickly. But the second one I bought for my daughter has a bad charge port. You have to fiddle with it to get the battery to actually take a charge. Only to come back and see it's shut off...not charging. I've tried multiple cables with no improvement. It's a paperweight at this point with only a 30 day warranty. A product should last more than 2-3 months.

This is a great charger/battery pack. Solid and arrived very quickly. BUT, and there are always buts it seems. Charges rather quickly, but not with the supplied cable. That cable did not charge it at all after hours. Using a different cable it charged to 100% fine, however, it rapidly loses its charge. After as little as 1 day, it went to 78% and it wasn't turned on, plugged into anything or being used at all. It seems to continue to discharge, even when not in use. Not complaining, as I got it for 21.00 CDN, but not something I would want to rely on if it were in my glove box for a month or two. Perhaps it's defective, but I'm not sending it back.

The media could not be loaded.
 The cable supplied with the power bank gets super hot during the charging I have tried changing many adapters but no difference.
It was working fine with mico usb charging point up until this morning but some how its not recognizing that input.
It took 6 hrs to reach 46% with the micro usb charging cable.
Not very happy with the purchase and the quality. Will probably return that.

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews about. I almost didn’t buy it for that reason. When I received it, it had about 77% battery. I have a mini generator and was told that I needed to drain the battery and fully recharge it. So I did just that for this item. I couldn’t find an answer if that should be done or not. But it gave me a really good idea of how well this thing worked before sending my son off with it for week at summer camp. Debating on purchasing another one. I will say it’s kind of heavy but has huge capacity so keep that in mind.
