The customer service is great, it works for what you need it to do. But it is very very fragile. It breaks really easily and you have to be very careful with it. I have had the USB plug part break twice. (As seen in photos). This was after tripping on the cord and it wasn’t even plugged into the wall. The bottom of tripod also fell off really easily for me.It’s a great company, it really is. Their customer service is impeccable. But I feel bad bugging them all the time for a replacement. I unfortunately will not be buying again.

I bought this for my brother for Christmas and we tested it out and I was surprised at the quality - the brightness is great and it's easy to set up. I was surprised at the cost because other friends of mine said they spent double the price and the quality was exactly the same. My brother loves this for his Tiktoks.

I gotta say, I haven't been this happy with a purchase in a LONG time!

It's a well built tripod with minimal assembly needed. The quality is outstanding. Every screw is sturdy. The joint is just the right tightness - I bent it to just above the 90 degree angle, and it retained its position. Light works great. The light has 3 settings (bluish white, white, and yellowish white). The light controlling remote works as it should - powers on/off, + button brightens the light, - button dims it. The most important part - the phone holding attachment. Screws on just fine onto both the light, and the tripod itself. I stuck my phone in the attachment for smartphones, and it didn't fall back out. Perhaps, I should earthquake test it too? Nah, maybe that'll be taking it too far. Lulz.

There ARE two things that I haven't tried though. The first is a remote for iOS/Android. I don't know what it does, and I doubt I'll fiddle with it. The second thing is the height adjustment on the legs. I'm using this in a tabletop top-down setup, so doubt I'll mess with that either.

Apart from the two things that I haven't tried, everything else is well made, and works as it should. The quality on it is great.

Of course, nothing can be perfect, so here's my only con - the phone attachment requires you to screw for the tightness. I was kind of hoping it would be a self-retracting springy attachment. However, definitely not a deal breaker for me. I am certainly happy with this, and look forward to making content with it!

Easy to manipulate, sturdy enough for the price range, and light weight. The tripod, in my case, is not stable when I unfold the extendable legs on 1 level only because it’s too light. The other matter, which is my fault of not paying attention, is the fact the ring light has to be connected to a power source in order to turn on. It has no battery nor an external attachment on the tripod for a small power bank.

I bought this product because for the longest time I was using my Logitech webcam, however as time passed the footage wasn't as clear. My friend suggested the idea of using my phone for my videos because of the amazing 4k quality. I invested in this Tripod because there were over 20000 reviews. At first I thought the price was high for a tripod but once I received the product I realized it was more than worth for that price.

This wasn't your average tripod, this tripod comes with a ring light attachment . Also it comes with a small bluetooth remote which I believe controls the video settings (stop and play). I could be wrong because I only used it once and that's what happened. There is also another attachment you can use for your phone if you don't want to use the ring light.

Now for the meaning of my head line, the circular attachment with the back light is made for standard phones (non plus, pro max phones). I have an iPhone 11 Pro max and the tripod couldn't handle the weight of my phone and the attachment kept falling over. I even took off my case because I thought my case contributed significantly to the weight. However that did not matter I was having the same issue. I solved my problem by making sure everything on the attachment and tripod was secured tight. After that step I was fine and my phone was secure. Please bare in mind if you do have a big phone like me you will have to play around with the tripod to make sure everything is secure.

Over all this is an amazing Tripod and I recommend this product, just a little patience is needed if you own large phone. I would have given this product 5 stars if I didn't struggle to get my phone to securely fit.

It's Been almost 6 months and this Tripod is working great, I decided to give it 5 stars because all my videos are coming out in crisp clear quality.

This hits many of the marks I was looking for in a ring light: ease of use (change the intensity and colour of the light with a press of a button, not changing out overlays); price point (reasonably priced for what it is); decent reviews (I was not disappointed).

The ONE THING that it misses: nowhere, in either the description or the accompanying papers/instructions, does it say anything about the power requirements in an adapter to make this item work. If you use a small USB power adapter, IT WILL OVERHEAT and there is potential for this to be a fire hazard. Before I figured this out I used an old iPhone adapter and it overheated to the point that it was too hot to touch!

I switched to a different USB adapter capable of powering two iPads. This one worked better, and I used it for several months, but it, too, eventually stopped working. Too much power for the unit, possibly, or it may have just been cheaply and poorly made.

Now I've switched to using a surge protector with USB ports for powering this thing. It still gets warm, but it seems to be a much better fit.

Bottom line: I think this thing draws so much power that it ought to have had a regular plug such as typically plugs into the wall. At the very least, it NEEDS TO INDICATE THE WATTAGE/AMPERAGE REQUIREMENTS in both the description and accompanying documentation.

Other than that, it's a great light and I would have given it the full five stars except for this extremely important detail. It does the job very well for something at this price point especially. Just buyer, and user, beware.
