Why is my Amazon order cancellation denied?

If your order has been shipped by Amazon and it can’t be modified, you can refuse the package or return it using our Online Return Centre.

If your order has been shipped directly by a seller and can’t be modified, you’ll need to contact the seller for instructions by visiting the Contact a Marketplace Seller page.

How do I cancel my order if it has already been delivered?

To cancel a delivered order from Amazon, you’ll need to follow the order returns process instead. Read about how the returns process works at Amazon here.
