Xiaomi 14 is just days away from its launch in India and the company has decided to enlighten us with the phone’s key specifications including camera, display, processor, battery and charging details through Flipkart. Here’s everything extracted from this e-commerce microsite:

Starting from the top of the microsite, we see the “Xiaomi 14 Civi co-engineered with Leica” title. Xiaomi has been partnering with the German camera maker for its flagships for the last few years. The main camera has Leica’s 50MP Summilux lens with 25mm cinematic HDR support. This is accompanied by a Leica 50MP 50mm Portrait Telephoto lens with 2x zoom and a Leica 12MP ultrawide snapper with a 15mm 120-degree field of view.
Meanwhile, on the front, you will get a dual camera setup, which is very unusual. There are two 32MP sensors with AI touch-ups. The company is also adding a Teleprompter feature at 4K quality with real-time subtitles, focus switching, Dual Video Mode, Zoom Smooth Recording, and Leica Pro Luts (filters). You can also shoot short videos and use it as a pocket mirror. Well, you can use any smartphone’s front camera as a mirror.
The front cameras sit on a quad-curved AMOLED display with a pill-shaped cutout, 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 68 billion+ colours, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The visuals are aided by Dolby ATMOS and stereo speakers.
Under the hood, you are getting Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, HyperOS software, and a 4,700mAh battery tested for 1600 charging cycles. You get 67W fast charging support.
You can pick the device in Green, Black, and Blue colours. It has a vegan leather finish with a metallic frame and is 7.4mm thick. Xiaomi claims the device is 6x water resistant than its previous generation. For context, the Xiaomi 14 has IP68 dust and water resistance, but the Xiaomi Civi 3 (China-only) came with no ingress rating.
Xiaomi 14 Civi is believed to be a rebranded Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro. And so, Xiaomi Civi 3 could be its predecessor. Let’s see.
