Xiaomi India is all set to launch its first Civi branded phone in India, the Xiaomi 14 Civi. The event will happen on June 12th and the handset is believed to be a rebrand of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, which launched in March. While we wait for the announcement, tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared an image of the phone’s retail box, while another has tipped the price of the phone.
Xiaomi 14 Civi could be a rebrand of Xiomi Civi 4 Pro
- The first important detail that the retail box, as shared by the tipster, confirms is the partnership with Leica, similar to last year’s standard Xiaomi 14 series and Xiaomi 13 Pro.
- The handset will have a 50MP Leica camera system. There could be two other sensors accompanying the main lens.
- The retail box image suggests the Xiaomi 14 Civi will come with 32MP + 32MP dual-selfie cameras on the front.
- The image confirms the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Would there be on board AI features like the competition with the same SoC? We should know at launch.
- The Xiaomi 14 Civi will boast a 1.5K floating quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
- Lastly, the battery capacity is confirmed to be a 4700mAh cell and there will be fast charging support but the speed details are under wraps, for now.
The Xiaomi 14 Civi retail box also confirms the phone would be available in Cruise Blue, Matcha Green, and Shadow Black colour options.
Xiaomi 14 Civi India price tipped
Separately, another tipster Sanju Choudhary claims the Xiaomi 14 Civi will be priced at around Rs 45,000 and there will be a Rs 3,000 instant bank discount. This should effectively make the price Rs 42,000. The handset is tipped to be available in 8GB/256GB 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB.
Recently, a promotional poster of the Xiaomi 14 Civi has been spotted near an offline store. This suggested the phone will go on sale from June 20th. This also reiterated there will be a Rs 3,000 instant bank discount, a Rs 3,000 exchange bonus, and Xiaomi Easy financing. The poster showed the Xiaomi 14 Civi will have an EMI option starting at Rs 2,389 per month.
