Ahead of the official launch in India on June 18th, audio products manufacturer JBL has announced the price and features of the JBL Live Beam 3. The earbuds feature 10mm dynamic drivers, an IP55 rating, Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC), up to 48 hours of battery life, and much more. Here are the price and features of the newly launched JBL Live Beam 3 earbuds.

JBL Live Beam 3 price in India, availability

Via an Amazon microsite, it has been revealed that the upcoming JBL Live Beam 3 earbuds will be available for Rs 13,999 for Indian consumers. Post-launch, it can be purchased via Amazon in India. The earbuds will likely be available in shades of Blue, Grey and Black.

The major highlight of the yet-to-be-launched JBL Live Beam 3 is that it has a 1.45-inch touchscreen display on the SmartCase that allows users to control the music and volume without needing to access the JBL App on their smartphones. The SmartCase also allows users to manage calls and music.

The JBL Live Beam 3 earbuds feature 10mm dynamic drivers, which are powered by JBL’s Signature Sound, for deep bass. Meanwhile, the spatial audio feature allows users to enjoy theatre-like sound. It has an IP55 rating, which provides protection against dust and water jets, and has Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.

The earbuds also offer adaptive noise cancellation with a smart ambient mode that offers an immersive audio experience and the ability to stay connected with their surroundings when needed. They also feature Hi-Res audio with LDAC support for a high-quality wireless audio experience.

The JBL Live Beam 3 comes with six microphones for better call clarity. The earbuds are claimed to offer up to 48 hours of total playtime and up to 10 hours of music with ANC on and 12 hours with ANC off. The earbuds also offer fast charging support, which gives 4 hours of charge with just 15 minutes of quick charge.

The earbuds also feature multipoint connectivity, which lets users connect the earbuds with multiple devices. It also has a Google Finder that helps in finding earbuds if they are lost. More details are expected to be revealed at the launch.

JBL Live Beam 3 alternatives

It is worth noting that the JBL Live Beam 3 is expensive and comes at a price tag of around Rs 14,000 in India. At this price point, users can also try the Sony LinkBuds S WF-LS900N is priced at Rs 13,989 on Amazon. It offers noise cancellation, an IPX4 rating, adaptive sound control, Hi-Res Audio and 360 Reality Audio with multipoint and more.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is priced at Rs 13,999 on Flipkart. It offers six mics, ANC support, and an IPX7 rating. Meanwhile, the Jabra Elite 8 Active is priced at Rs 15,999 on Amazon and offers adaptive ANC and six microphones, similar to JBL’s earbuds. It also has a hear-through mode and much more. However, none of them offers a case with a display.
