I just got a Tab S9, and when I try to set up secure folder, it brings up an error message and says to contact customer service. Any ideas on what could be the issue and how to fix it?

Can you describe the steps you took to get to that screen?

I don't have secure folder set up yet. When I enter the setup, it says that it'll need a few permissions. I pressed continue, and the error came up. I've been trying it a few times, and it has never worked.

I wanna say check for updates and do you have a screen lock setup?

Just updated it, I do have a lock screen. Still nothing.

Go to settings > apps and find secure folder, give it all permissions. Since the error comes up when it asks for permissions that should handle it

Nope. Still gives the same error message.
