Navigating the tech industry as a Black woman presents unique challenges, often amplified by systemic discrimination. When we speak up, our motivations can sometimes be unfairly scrutinised, shifting focus away from the issues we highlight. Hope lies in preparation and support. For Black women considering raising concerns at work, developing a clear plan and connecting with supportive peers, organisations or trusted advisors is crucial. Solidarity and support can drive the tech industry towards a more equitable future. https://lnkd.in/e4XQqiFM #BlackWomenInTech #DiversityInTech
