About us

We are an International Recruitment Consultancy working with start-ups and large technology corporations to recruit the most talented professionals for tech teams, helping organisations to scale rapidly and build the technologies and products of the future. Since 2012, we have applied our consultancy services to more than a 150 small to large international companies spread across Europe, the US, Africa and Asia, helping them to fill thousands of open positions. Our experience has allowed us to build a transparent and effective delivery process for recruitment, redefining traditional recruitment approaches. With our on-site, remote or hybrid embedded (RPO) Talent Partner Model, we place our highly-qualified recruiters inside businesses to support, improve and/or carry out their hiring process(es). Our team use the latest technologies and tools to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders involved, including our client's internal hiring talent teams and hiring managers, our own talent partners and account managers. Apart from delivering amazing talents for teams, we also offer DE&I sourcing and analysis, culture & value creation, interview training across the C-Suite and management, and creation of Talent Events.

    dear ##Network Ho Ho Ho hired!bcn is here, 5th anniversary and here she comes again Engaging in round table discussions with such a diverse array of speakers and industry experts was not only insightful but also deeply inspiring🤩 Paul Else from Workfully "Becoming indespensable as a TA partner" he emphasises a proactive approach to personal and professional development, highlighting the importance of building strong relationships not only with candidates, but also with hiring managers and colleagues. Alla Pavlova 艾菈 in collaboration with Ashby (Willem Wijnans ) 😍Greatest workshop "sourcing for tech talent outside Linkedin" Besides teaching us some incredible search techniques, she also challenged us with the question 👩🏼💻 "what can we learn from developers" I was thinking about so many things but my answer is CD/CI practice: Recruiter should constantly learn how to improve the speed (of hirings in our case), quality (of the recruitment process), and efficiency of delivering best talent.     What an amazing day! ✨ Today, I had the pleasure of representing Celonis at the hired!bcn Talent Acquisition conference in Barcelona. The event was a treasure trove of insights and innovations - here are the main highlights: 🔹 Tania Pérez Gisbert led a roundtable session on building employer branding on a budget - essential advice for any company looking to strengthen their brand without breaking the bank. 💡 🔹 Josef José Kadlec wowed us with his talk on AI in modern recruiting, introducing us to the concept of HR Robo Sapiens and practical AI use cases for recruiters. 🤖 🔹 Anaïs Neumann provided some insights on winning over internal stakeholders and creating career opportunities within the company, highlighting the importance of customer centricity and the evolution from talent acquisition to talent management. 🌟 🔹 Zvjezdana Topalović shared her experience on building a TA function from the ground up on a budget, being the sole person in the people space. 🏗️ 🔹 Serdzan Şimşek Arnautović emphasized the importance of making recruiting processes truly data-driven, clarifying which metrics matter and which fall into the “gray zone.” 📊 A big thank you to all the speakers for their invaluable insights.
