    Make Music Day this Friday at Station Square! 🎶🎸 We are excited to host Make Music Day again in Cambridge, following the success of last year’s event.   Make Music Day UK is an annual celebration of music-making with events in communities across the world on the 21st of June (to mark the summer solstice) and now takes place in more than 125 countries.   Cambridge Station Square will be alive with music from 11am – 7pm, so there’s something to enjoy at all times of day. Cambridge 105 Radio will be recording live and foodPark will be serving up the food and drink – so grab a deckchair and enjoy the show. Bring your friends, colleagues, children or come solo to enjoy the friendly – this is a community event for all to enjoy.   Stay tuned for announcements of the rest of the line-up, the music will be from a diverse range of genres, and it’s all FREE!     Take home a giant piece of art! 🦒 After 10 weeks of entertaining the residents and visitors of Cambridge, over 30 giraffe sculptures from the art sculpture trail Cambridge Standing Tall will be going under the hammer on Wednesday 19 June at Graduate Cambridge. Hosted by acclaimed auctioneer Natasha Raskin Sharp, from BBC's Bargain Hunt and Antiques Roadshow, all proceeds will go towards helping local charity Break continue their vital work in raising the aspirations of the county’s young care leavers. Thanks to sponsors Alan Boswell Group and Graduate Cambridge, guests will enjoy an exclusive sparkling reception and BBQ surrounded by all the beautiful sculptures from the trail.     FREE film night this Wednesday 19th June showing Barbie at 6pm! 🎬 We will be showing Barbie on the big screen at CB1 this Wednesday, next to the Clayton Hotel. This completely free event is open for anyone to attend, no booking required. Perfect opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy an evening out with your colleagues or family and friends after a long day at a work! The Copper Tree Bar and Ice Cream Dreams will be there serving up your favourite tipples and tasty treats to enjoy during the film. We recommend arriving from 5.30pm so you have time to grab a bean bag/chair, some refreshments and get comfy! Dressing up is also highly encouraged, we want to see your best Barbie & Ken outfits! We hope to see you there!

They are coming together to showcase and share the present-day buzz and excitement of Science and Tech in Cambridge with the world all in one day. There will be a mix of tours, talks, workshops, clinics, product demos and pitches involving the leading people, companies and parks in Cambridge. As the day draws to a close, they will host a cocktail party in the gardens of the heritage Hauxton House @ MillSciTech Park at 4pm.     Join us this Friday from 6pm in the Market Square as we bring you our first film night of the summer! 🎞🍿 We will be showing Super Mario Bros at 6pm and One Day at 8pm. So, grab your friends, family or colleagues, a bucket of popcorn and join us for a fun night of open air cinema! There are also plenty of fantastic eateries around the Market Square to grab a bite to eat beforehand or pick up a takeaway and bring it with you to enjoy during the films. A limited number of chairs and beanbags will be provided on a first come, first served basis but you are also welcome to bring your own. No booking required, just turn up. We look forward to seeing you there!
