It truly is hands down. One of the best place to learn about the Samsung products. And to keep up with promotions, & interactively learn. There are quite a few trainings that are a little bit cringe just About some of the trainings. lol because of the automations, but it's truly is a very well-functioning app. I would say. Quite user, friendly. As well as a fun and interesting way to keep up with samsung.

Lots of times the app just dies and stops working. Or it doesn't have any prizes worth getting so points just sit and rot. But as of right now I cannot even access the app. It won't let me sign in. It won't even get to the log in screen Just stuck on a "processing" screen. But I'm not surprised. Been using it for years and the app works when it wants Edit: emailed support and got nothing back. Again not surprised. They've only seemingly answered one person here and told them to email support.

it's an amazing resource for learning and I love the Samsung rewards program I just started few months ago so I am really bummed my points expire in 4 days because I don't even have enough to get any of the rewards yet. I'm going to lose almost 5,000 points so that really sucks. on top of that the app is extremely buggy and laggy! I am using a s24 ultra so it's definitely not my phone. If the app ran smoother and your rewards points expired a year from your start date then it would get 5 stars!
