Still Struggling to contact regarding my AC service. Less than a month and need repair again. Update on the issue - my issue got resolved. Zeba was very responsive and handled the issue by coordinating so many people. I am satisfied with the service provided by OneAssist. Only improvement can be done is reducing the time it took. Thanks.

Most useless extended warranty schemes are provided by this company. I insist no one to opt for it. The technician assigned to see my air conditioner keeps on rescheduling his visits. It's been a week and still no solution has been provided. They're professional liers and would lie you everytime. "Kal ho jayega" is what they say everyday. One assistant has no complaints corner or customer support. It's so depressing replying on such unprofessional morons.

Very very bad experience, no one is really bothered about the service, everyone is showing fingers to others and not solving the issue, PLEASE DO GO FOR THIS ONE ASSIST, instead go directly with the brand insurance. To my knowledge this One Assist is minting money from people that's it, for more than one month I booked service for my air cooler and still not yet resolved, I have called customer care and chatting for more than 20 times but in vain
