It's not just you guys, this game lags really bad for battles. My Internet is pretty good and with this game, battles are lost causes. I'll get hit like 10 more times after using an attack that is supposed to pause the battle while I tap the icons, but it lags so bad by the time I push the button to start the attack, I've already gotten hit so much it's not even worth it especially when they just use a shield, then when it's over I get stuck and can't attack while they attack me and I lag.

I applaud the notion of keeping the game running on older hardware by reducing visual quality, but only if you make it an OPTION (eg under Advanced Options). Game was running perfectly fine b4, now I am forced to live with this reduction of the # of gyms I can see & interact with on screen for no apparent reason. This change didn't improve performance on my device, it merely made the game less playable. PLEASE add an option for us to remove the new grey fog around the top edges of main screen.

2/12/24 Game crashes since last update -Android. New 3D scenes consume battery power.and glitchy. new avatars are hideous. 5/26/24 - game still unstable. Randomly crashes, cannot upload photos/scan for poke stop submissions, lags. 7/6/24 - issues continue. Game crashed mid-raid on Oh-ho, took 2.5 min. to reload, my friends lost raid because I couldn't get back in time. I've downloaded the game, why does it take longer than a windows 95 desktop to startup?!? Its FUBAR.
