Onboarding your team

Once your P2 is set up the way you want, the next step is to bring your team in. This means inviting those who you want to participate on the P2, and then accepting the invitation.

The easiest way to do so is to click on the + icon next to your profile picture on the ‘Team’ section of the sidebar, or through the dropdown menu pictured above. Once there, follow the instructions to invite specific people or to generate an invite link so you can onboard your team quicker. You can learn more about access levels in this help document.

Pre-approving Domains

If you are the admin for your P2 hub you will see a link when you invite people to pre-approve an email domain.

This link will lead you to your general settings page where you can enter the custom domain to white-list and set which access rights you want the team to enjoy:
