Recently, together with 9 of my colleagues, I have completed a 9-month professional development program.   We did a deeper dive into personal leadership, team motivation, conflict management, and self-reflection. Always valuable to get some practical tools on how to navigate different disciplines and to consciously step back, reflect on your goals, and readjust your action plans.   And of course a lot of fun and team building! 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐯 Afgelopen week vond alweer de slotbijeenkomst plaats van het Young Professional Program van EuroDev - European Business Development Group. Dit personal development program was gericht op persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei, eigen regie pakken op ontwikkeling, vergroten van persoonlijke effectiviteit, leren van en met elkaar en het creëren van verbinding. Tijdens de slotbijeenkomst hebben de deelnemers in aanwezigheid van hun leidinggevenden hun persoonlijke route gedurende het afgelopen half jaar beschreven. Er werd stilgestaan bij wat ze hebben geleerd, welke successen ze daarin hebben behaald en wat ze daarin nog te doen hebben. Fijn ook om de visie van de leidinggevenden te horen en om elkaar te complimenteren. Graag willen we Eurodev bedanken voor deze mooie opdracht. En uiteraard de deelnemers voor hun bijdrage en inzet. This program focused on personal development and growth, taking the lead in development, increasing personal effectiveness, learning from and with each other and creating connections. During this final meeting, the participants described their personal journey in the presence of their managers over the past six months. They discussed what's learned, what's achieved and what they still needed to do. It was also nice to have the executives' views and compliments. We would like to thank Eurodev for this great assignment. And of course the participants for their contribution and commitment.
